Let me explain: as the For Sale by Owners wonder what is happening and why their homes aren't selling, the MLS listed homes are starting to sell quicker and the buyers are getting more Bang for their Buck as the Short Sale market is starting to show its tentacles in the Market Place. Is this a good thing? I would say so. Remember a few short years ago when the HUD market almost depleted? Properties were selling at almost 110% of value and more and we couldn't keep Homes and Properties on the market. Real Estate in Salt Lake City was at a boom and Realtors were flooding the market place like Ants at a picnic. We all knew things had to change and change they have. The HUD market has begun to replenish itself, the Salt Lake City Real Estate market is correcting and the New Realtor gets to really learn how to Work for his bread and not just the butter.
