I don't know why, but I just like this photo. Maybe it reminds me of where I grew up, or maybe it is because of the thoughts of a solid rock formation for any business to be built upon. OR maybe it is just for the idea of although the Real Estate market is constantly changing this picture of the cliff and the trees around it are never changing just like our resolve to never change our values and stand firm and never falter.

So as for Utah Real Estate: it is picking up and getting busy. I heard my Broker say the other day that she is excited about the market. There are multiple offers on single family homes and that is exciting. Home prices are slowly increasing, first time home buyers are back in the market. Can you feel it.
