Just as a word of warning:  Gold is on the down slope.  Watch this over the next few months, IF it doesn't come back up and keeps dropping, watch for the Market to change and home prices to change as well.  I see it this way:  if gold continues its downward movement we will see a change in the Real Estate Market from a Sellers to a Buyers market.  Time Will tell.
